About the role
Rebil is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our B2C platform. You'll own the complete design lifecycle—from understanding user needs through research and problem definition, all the way to shipping polished, conversion-focused interfaces. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Oslo.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design on features and products, from discovery and user research through high-fidelity UI delivery
- Conduct user research and translate insights into clear problem statements and design solutions
- Create prototypes and detailed designs in Figma, collaborating with engineers and product managers throughout the process
- Make independent design decisions in a lean environment, balancing user needs with business goals
- Present design work and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders, building consensus around design direction
- Contribute to design consistency and scalability across the platform
Who you are
You have at least 5 years of product design experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex products or features from conception to launch. You've owned the full design process—not just execution—and understand how to move from ambiguous problems to validated solutions.
You have deep experience designing B2C products and understand consumer behavior, user psychology, and what drives conversion. You're proficient in Figma and comfortable using it for everything from rapid prototyping to component design and handoff.
You've worked in startup or high-growth environments and thrive in settings with ambiguity, fast iteration cycles, and lean resources. You're energized by autonomy and can drive design decisions without heavy process overhead.
Nice to have: You've built or significantly contributed to a design system used across multiple product surfaces. You're a strong communicator who can articulate design thinking clearly to non-designers, including PMs and engineers.
