About the role

We're seeking a senior Product Designer to join our fintech team. You'll own the full design lifecycle for complex financial products, working across discovery, strategy, and execution. This is a hybrid role based in the EU, collaborating across European time zones with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

What you'll do

You'll lead end-to-end design for data-heavy financial interfaces—from conducting user research and identifying pain points, through wireframing and prototyping, to shipping polished, production-ready UI. You'll work with Figma to create high-fidelity designs, maintain design consistency, and ensure seamless handoff to engineering. Your work will span products like banking platforms, payment systems, lending tools, or trading interfaces—each requiring deep understanding of user needs and regulatory constraints.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction through design thinking. You'll translate user research and business requirements into intuitive interfaces that make complex financial workflows feel simple.

Who you are

You have at least 5 years of product design experience, with the majority focused on fintech products. You've owned the complete design process for complex, data-heavy financial interfaces—from research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. You're proficient in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system work.

Nice to have: You've contributed to or maintained a design system across multiple product teams. You have hands-on experience conducting user research in regulated financial environments and translating findings into design decisions. You're comfortable influencing product direction through design and have a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Why join

You'll work on products that matter—financial tools that directly impact how people manage money, make payments, or access credit. You'll have autonomy over the full design process and the opportunity to shape how complex financial workflows are experienced. You'll join a team that values design rigor, user empathy, and shipping quality work. Based in the EU with hybrid flexibility, you'll collaborate with talented colleagues across European offices.
