About the role

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team full-time in Oslo. You'll own our paid marketing strategy across multiple channels, with paid social as your primary focus. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive measurable results and directly impact our growth through data-driven campaign optimisation.

What you'll do

You'll manage and optimise paid social campaigns at scale using Meta Ads Manager, ensuring every campaign delivers strong ROI. Beyond social, you'll coordinate multi-channel paid media efforts spanning Google Ads and programmatic platforms, creating cohesive strategies that work together. You'll dive deep into campaign performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate those insights into concrete optimisation decisions. Your work will span strategy, execution, and continuous improvement—moving quickly in a dynamic environment with the autonomy to own your channel strategy end-to-end.

Who you are

You bring at least 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across paid channels. You're proficient in Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record managing large-scale paid social campaigns. You've successfully run multi-channel campaigns that combine paid search and paid social, and you're comfortable analysing performance data to make informed decisions.

It's a bonus if you have experience with programmatic advertising platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk. You'll stand out if you're comfortable owning channel strategy independently in a fast-moving environment, and if you have a strong background in A/B testing and creative performance analysis to drive continuous improvement in paid social results.

Why join

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing business. You'll work with modern marketing tools and platforms, collaborate with a talented team, and have the autonomy to shape strategy in a fast-paced environment. Based in Oslo with a competitive salary of 700,000 NOK, you'll be part of a company that values data-driven decision-making and measurable results.
