About the role
We're hiring a Product Engineer who owns the complete journey of building web products—from initial concept and design through to shipped code. You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, moving fluidly between both disciplines without handoffs. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Oslo.
You'll work alongside product and design teams, but you're comfortable driving the full vision yourself. Speed matters here: we value shipping working prototypes and iterating based on real feedback over lengthy planning cycles.
What you'll do
- Design and build web products end-to-end, owning the user experience from wireframe to production.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, etc.) as a core part of your workflow to move faster and explore ideas more freely.
- Ship production-quality work that is both visually polished and technically sound.
- Iterate rapidly in the open—release early, gather feedback, refine, and ship again.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate vision into working features, bridging the gap between intent and implementation.
- Choose the right tools and tech stack for each project rather than being locked into a single approach.
Who you are
You've shipped real web products that people use. You're equally comfortable sketching UI and writing clean code. You actively use AI-assisted coding tools as part of your everyday development—not as a novelty, but as a genuine productivity multiplier.
You move fast without sacrificing quality. You're comfortable shipping work that isn't perfect, knowing you'll refine it based on real user feedback. You own problems end-to-end and don't wait for someone else to fill in gaps.
You have a strong visual design sensibility and can produce polished, user-facing interfaces without needing a dedicated designer to hand you mockups. You've worked in or alongside product and design teams and understand how to bridge the gap between design intent and technical reality.
You're comfortable in a hybrid environment and enjoy collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Oslo.
