About the role

We're seeking a Product Designer with 3–5 years of experience to take ownership of digital product design from discovery through launch. You'll be the bridge between user needs, product strategy, and engineering implementation, working closely with product managers and developers to translate insights into intuitive, well-crafted interfaces.

This is a full-time role for someone who thrives across the entire design lifecycle and can move fluidly between research, ideation, prototyping, and refinement.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end design for features and products, from user research and discovery through shipped releases
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, then translate findings into concrete design improvements
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with strategy, and ready for implementation
  • Articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and non-designers
  • Use Ruby for prototyping and creative coding to explore ideas and validate concepts
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries

Who you are

  • You have 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing digital products for web or mobile, with a portfolio demonstrating ownership from concept to shipped work
  • You're proficient in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system maintenance
  • You've conducted user research or usability testing and have directly applied findings to improve designs
  • You communicate design thinking clearly to product managers, engineers, and other non-designers
  • You have at least 5 years of practical experience using Ruby for prototyping or creative coding within a design workflow

Nice to have: Experience contributing to or maintaining a shared design system or component library. Comfort working in agile environments where priorities shift and iteration speed is valued.

Why join

You'll work on products that matter, with teams that respect craft and collaboration. This role offers real ownership—your design decisions directly shape what ships—and the opportunity to grow your skills across research, systems thinking, and technical prototyping.
