About the role
We're building financial products that work for real people in complex regulatory landscapes. We need a Senior Product Designer who can own the full design journey—from understanding user needs through shipping polished, compliant interfaces.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Norway. You'll work within a product team that values both design craft and pragmatic problem-solving in fintech contexts.
What you'll do
You'll take ownership of end-to-end design work on financial products. This means conducting user research to frame problems, exploring solutions through iteration, designing high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, and collaborating closely with product and engineering through to launch.
You'll navigate the constraints and opportunities of regulated financial environments—understanding compliance requirements, designing for data-heavy interfaces like transaction histories and portfolio views, and making thoughtful trade-offs between user needs and business constraints.
You'll contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products. You'll also advocate clearly for design decisions, grounded in research and user insight, working alongside product managers and engineers who value your perspective.
Who you are
You have at least 5 years of product design experience, with the majority of that time spent designing fintech products—whether in banking, payments, lending, trading, or insurance.
You've shipped at least one fintech product end-to-end, owning the full design process from discovery through to UI handoff. You're proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system work.
You're comfortable in cross-functional environments and can articulate design rationale clearly to non-designers. You have a strong eye for detail and consistency, especially when working within established design systems.
Nice to have: Experience designing complex, data-heavy interfaces in regulated financial contexts. A track record of evolving design systems thoughtfully. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in fintech.
